Seeing Red

Now seeing red is typically a bad thing but not in this case. As I have said before this year is going to be BIG ! I will be 30 in March and I want more than the title mommy . I know it is the best title around but I want to add to it, ya know expand a little. So before my 30th birthday I want to be in a red jacket ! Let me explain; being in a red jacket says I am building my team, I am working, and I am earning money. To get to this red jacket I need 3 active team members. Not that hard right ! I can do it and I will do it and soon ! All I need to do is put my plan into action. Each day I am working so I can achieve my goal as soon as possible. I pray God puts the people in my path that need this opportunity to grow and make their own money to better their life.I want a team of positive people who wants to grow and learn. So before the big 3-0 I will be seeing red and you will to as I will be wearing red !

BEE- Focused

I am in a WVAR ! I will win this WVAR and my prize will bee this beeutitful necklace ! Now I know you are asking yourself "What is a WVAR ? " Well, I am glad you asked ! A WVAR is a war between 2 units one here in Arkansas with my directors unit and one i West Virgina with another unit. We are earning points to see which unit can earn the most and the winner with the most points win the necklace. Now I am not fooled I know this necklace is not the only prize or even the best prize. By being in this war along the battle I will earn money , move up the career ladder, and gain confidence. This necklace will be a symbol of all my hard work. It does help that I loooove prizes ! I looove competition ! Now in the past I have not been very consistent with being in competitions but in 2011 this will and has all changed.

Now to lay out the points system ;

How to Earn:
10 pts: Turn in your “6 Most Important Things to Do” for the next day before midnight
10 pts: Submit weekly accomplishment sheet (once a week to me on mkintouch)
10 pts: Tune into the Monday night Unit conference call
30 pts: Grand Day ($100 retail day before sales tax)
30 pts: Book a facial, SCC, or party
60 pts: $300 week (from Sunday to Saturday selling $300 retail products)
60 pts: Share the marketing plan/opportunity (give your coach information within 24 hours)
100 pts: $600 week
100 pts: Bring a guest to a meeting
100 pts: SCC or party held (3 or more people in attendance, including a hostess)
100 pts: Recruit New team member
Report to your coach when you have new points to add to the team score.

I have already earned 10pts by submitting my 6 things list for tomorrow ! And if you are wondering what is on my list I will share
1. Follow up with my PCP clients
2. Call customers for their reorder time
3. Renew my MK personal website
4. call 5 people to book facials / SCC
5. Read 1-2 chapters in the Mary Kay Way book
6. Ask 2 people to listen to a career chat

I will keep you posted on my pts as I earn them . By next Sunday Jan 9, 2011 I hope to have earned at least 200pts. ! wish me luck !

The begining of Dream Builders !

Jan 1,2011 marks the beginning of forming my unit the Dream Builders ! I have been apart of Mary Kay since Oct 2009. As of right now my unit consists of just me, but that will all change very soon ! I am going to take charge of my biz and make things happen. I am setting up this blog as sort of an accountability to stay on top of my biz. I want to achieve many things for me and my family. I have been married for 9ys and have 4 wonderful boys that I home-school I am also awana cubbies director at my church. All these things keep me very busy but I know God has a plan for my biz in my life.I am so thankful to been have given this opportunity to make our lives better. i hope to help others along they way build their dream and watch them achieve them ! My goal is to blog 3 or 4 times a week ! I will post all my goals and achievements as well as beauty and skin care tips ! I can't wait to share my journey with you as we build our dreams together !
